Here’s an excerpt from the report: Carol advised she and Ronnie were still arguing at the time and Ronnie pushed her to the floor. Carol advised due to Ronnie’s history of being abusive toward her, she “Flipped the shite out on him”. I asked Carol what she meant by flipping out on him. Carol advised she picked up a large picture and was going to throw it at Ronnie, however he was standing near (their son) so she put the picture on the floor. Carol began crying and stated she was tired of Ronnie being abusive toward her so she “Flipped the shite out on him”.
