I agree. Kansas is not that good and there's no way under the sun they should be a #1 seed. Also, look at the record: Bill Self has a long history of underachieving in the NCAA tourney. 2008 is simply an exception as they won the whole thing, but only because of a complete collapse by Memphis late.
Yea, Penn is a really good #16 and will beat a grossly overrated Kansas ensemble this afternoon.

This was Kansas 1 year rebuild, next season they will be loaded.
And they still won Big12, and end up with a #1 seed. Self did some work this season.
