I know he's not a free agent but id bring in rodgers-cromartie.
He was an all pro in 2016 and he can still play.
He is a young 32 and will be playing inside something he is good at.
Also would go after eifert on a one year deal 3 mill and pair him with a young tight end in draft.

Johnny Manziel should get a try out in preseason at least. Tell him if he does things the right way, he has a shot to make the team. If he does everything right, his image would be repaired.
