They are in an NOPD scrap yard in the east and it is guarded.

I'm pretty sure its' not some big secret. I believe it's in a city maintenance yard on Old Gentilly Road, if I'm not mistaken.
You gonna back your truck in and try to rescue them if you know exactly where it is?
