Call the clerk of court and give them your best sob story. Judges these days dgaf mostly and expect you to be there.

I should also add that she's self employed and doesn't get paid when she doesn't work...

I have to report to Federal Court on Monday for jury duty. I called to get out of it. No dice, show up or get picked up. I work on 24 call and missed two good offshore jobs because the date got pushed back a week. Them truck nuts aren’t going to pay for themselves...
