Don't take this the wrong way OP, I'm not targeting you...

But I'm sick of people banally telling us to talk civilly to each other, and I'm sick of people telling us we're cucks if you care about that stuff because the only thing that matters is disrupting the other side and winning the day. The platitudes of the former contingent don't gain us anything ideologically. Half the people in the latter camp don't even have an objective beyond the temporary and fleeting "win."

That said, I still agree with you, and I think telling douches like Dinesh to frick off is important. But it won't open dialogue. The left won't take us more seriously or respond in kind. But it's important to me, personally, to keep doing that.
