You have included the 2016 season as a success for O as a head coach when he was interim HC.

Find a post I have made in the last four months where I have said that. The one time I can think of that I briefly mentioned it was when telling someone that "College Football at Sports-Reference" does include his IHC record.

I have been saying for the longest that he is 10-4 overall at LSU.

Career Record: 6 Years, 31-33,
2 Yrs LSU 15-6

You also give him credit for hauling in the #7 ranked recruiting class for 2017. So, this means O is going into his "3rd" season as HC instead of his "2nd"....

Wow !!! You do realize he had been the permanent head coach of LSU for 2 months and 10 days before the 2017 class signed on the dotted line? He had been the IHC for 2 months.

Would rather do neither if it's okay with you. I don't think I can take any more of your phony numbers or you practicing fuzzy math again.

It must be exhausting coming here every day trying to defend O. But have you ever stopped to think that good coaches don’t need defending? It’s all about the eyeball test. Great coaches need no defending because generally their vision is clear, their decisions are sound, and the results are apparent to most.

Great. We're on the same page then. Ed's career Head Coaching record was 10-25 (.29% win pct) prior to becoming LSU's Head Coach.

Since it obviously wasn't his past career head coaching record, what qualified Orgeron to land the head coaching job at a Top 15 P5 Program is a valid concern.

Well these are "real" numbers that you posted which unfortunately represent our HC....
