Because presales prior to any review written is a good indicator of how good a movie is.

This record will be broken when infinity wars comes out.
More and more theaters are allowing presale tickets now. More opportunity to sell. Still pretty impressive but don't pretend like it is only because of the hype for the movie and not the time we are in.
