We all know this and Im sure Mueller knows this and thanks to the memo we know the Russian collusion investigation is utter rubbish . So , what is Meuller doing then ? Even after the memo , Paul Ryan / Gowdy said the memo won't affect what Mueller is doing . WTF is he really doing ? Team Trump - probably .

He could be building an obstruction case anyway. The next Congress would impeach Trump over it regardless of the constitutionality of it.
Washington is clearly just trying to rid itself of Trump.
