Especially with Armstead banged up, and Foles is on fire. Can’t wait till FA and draft start.

ETA: Dayum I got slaughtered. For good reason though

It’s possible we might have BUT I certainly wouldn’t have bet on it

Was pretty comical how everyone on this board was acting as if going to Philly was a gimme

I'm thinking the same thing. That Philly D is nasty.

I think this is clear evidence that the wrong team made it to the NFC Championship off of fluke BS. Keenum cannot play under pressure, and it's showing.

Yeah, some dummies on here were melting because we didn't get to play in Philly last week after the Tampa Bay game. I think I even made a thread about it

Well apparently Foles can. We wouldn’t have pressured him though

so what? it woulda been great to win 2 playoff games and play in our 3rd NFCCG with payton regardless.

Agreed. The Saints simply had too many injuries to overcome. They need to be at full strength and win home field advantage throughout the playoffs, just like in 09’. And just like then, they will advance to the Super Bowl. That’s the winning formula folks! I too, am excited to see our offseason moves!

yeah, I'm feeling a little better about the loss now. I don't think we would have beat Philly. But I would have rather lose this game than last weeks obviously

I really disagree. Keenum just isnt a good QB under pressure. Drew Brees in this game and anything could have happened.

He always was a pretty good starter IMO. Made the Pro Bowl in 2013.

Home field is key, it was going to be tough to beat them with that crowd

They looked very average the week before though

Just looking at what Philly is doing to their elite defense doesn't inspire confidence

The Falcons were one play away from beating the Eagles, I think it would’ve been close

Saints Play Calling is so predictable it may have been a blowout. Eagles offensively have called a great game.
