I have a 65 LG oled e7 that I picked up from frys for 2099. If you are in the market for an oled and there is a frys in your area go to the store and negotiate with them.

You can get them down to black Friday prices or lower if your are persistent.

This is unfortunately an in store only thing, doesn't work on the website.

Eta. I originally bought a b7 from Costco but I did a little research and discovered this frys trick.

I have two of the Sonys you are considering - one is a 55" and one a 65"...Incredible TV's. My other flat panels are all LGs not their OLED offerings, but quality LED sets. I prefer the Sony interface, and to me the picture quality is better (this is a personal thing). I think best blacks in the business, again this is my eye. I will say the same as others around here - check them both out in person. I hate the LG motion remote and the LG interface in general, but rarely have to use the actual TV remote, so not that big of a deal.
