I’d also say that this is Wright’s most dependent film on seeing it in the theater. His other movies I don’t think lose any value watching them at home, but this certainly does.

I resumed the movie and still just not my taste. I’m glad is your cup of tea but this is horrible to me

yeah this is the thing (and i hate saying this)

the total immersion in the movie (sound in particular) is important. it's a great experience but not a great film

the movie is very energetic and projects it onto the audience, and that just isn't as translatable in most home viewings
