A once top-tier football program has been reduced to promoting position coaches to two of its three most important positions. Our incoming OC didn’t even want the damn job, and our former DL coach thinks he can manage the running game.

Sustained success in a given sport takes full buy-in from everyone within the program, not just the coaches. Given the alleged disharmony of our current administration, I wonder just how much has to be dismantled before we can get back on the right track. It’s amateur hour and we have zero competent leadership.
