It's why I I think no fault divorce should be strictly limited if not outright banned when young kids are involved.
If's it a couple with no kids or their kids are out of the house and already fully grown, then by all means negotiate the shite out of it and do whatever you want.
Marriage is a very sacred and serious thing that you should take great care with. It's no longer just simply a business contract when young and still developing kids are in the picture.
