There is no doubt that is a shite hole. My question is, how much of their money is dedicated solely to special education. If one student has a teacher, an aide, an “adaptive PE teacher, a special education case worker, their own physical classroom, and a nurse...then that is quite a few pennies tied up in the educational “needs” of that one child. Let’s say the child is in a vegetative state, exactly what is the goal. While dumbocrats are the typical culprits, the redumblican mantra of “no child left behind” has a hand in this nonsense as well.

No child left behind was stupid, but it wasn't about special education, it was more the test scores and a whole and never allowing schools to fail kids again. It was also bipartisan.
You're looking for FAPE. Which again, is a bipartisan mandate.
Keep looking, eventually you'll find something in education to blame solely on the right.
