Started IF about a year and a half ago, and I love it.
Most days I can hold-off eating until noon, and then I try to be done consuming by 8. I'm pretty bad on weekends, but I'm really good on weekdays so I'm hoping that cancels out some of the weekend slack.
I lift regularly and heavy while IF'ing so I can, at times, find it difficult to get all the protein and calories in during that window. It was definitely a chore at first as my body wasn't used to eating that much in a short window. Now I find I'm more used to it, and it's not as big of an issue.
