Do you have to eat lunch at noon?
I haven’t been a breakfast eater since middle school, so I find IF pretty easy. I only eat lunch and dinner each day, pushing lunch as late as I possibly can, which pushes dinner back.
Lunch is noon at the earliest, but can go as late as 3pm. Dinner is 6 at the earliest, but can go as late as 8 or so.
