I am one these resolutions people that finally stuck with it. I have been doing IF since January last year. I do 16:8 and break fast at noon. So I eat noon to 8pm. I also coincide my workout to break my fast post workout. So work out, break fast, eat to 8pm. My diet is Keto like but not hardcore. I still work in limited sugar and carbs. I am down 70 pounds exactly over the past year. From 290 to 220. Good luck brother!

With 16:8, can you have coffee with Splenda during the 16?

Sounds like some people do IF every day and some do it on days they’re not lifting/exercising. Which is more effective? I normally lift 3-4 days a week and do cardio early am before work around 5:30am 3 days a week or so with at least one longer cardio workout on the weekend. Trying to figure out how to get my diet dialed in this yr. Planning to keep protein high to protect muscle and burn more fat. I’m down 40-45 lbs in the last 12 months and plan to drop anoth 30-40 this yr. started at 290 and I’m around 250 now. Thx.
