Wow, big ask for a dude who can't beat good teams.

I can't imagine the work environment KC has to work in. They have basically been telling him you are not good enough but we have no other options.

He's not.

When KC leaves Washington they will be lucky to win 4 games. They have nothing but constantly blame KC for their problems.

Sometimes a rebuild is better than meddling around .500 or so knowing you're not good enough for many reasons.

Kirk Cousins isn't the problem, but he also isn't the solution.

Kirk is not the reason the Redskins are .500 and Tom Brady or any other elite qb is not walking through that door. If Washington lets KC go they will be making a huge mistake. If I was going to rebuild that team the QB would be the last place I would start.

Alex Smith or any other QB of his caliber is going to want $20m a year to go play for the Redskins. I'm not sure what ya'll expect? The Detroit Lions made Stafford one of the highest paid QBs in the league and he hasn't won shite and puts up similar numbers to Kirk.

I just have to laugh when I see ya'll blaming your losses on KC. He is one of 53 men on that team, no way he is the only reason why the Redskins suck. Just about every other team in the NFL that has a QB put up those kinds of numbers has winning records and in the playoffs or hurt by injuries. That coaching staff would be the first place I'd start to rebuild that team.
