There are some happenings, but they are low-hum type things like the CEOs stepping down, all the Congressmen stepping down both in relatively large numbers the past 2 months...
The Saudi turnover, the attack on Jacob Rothschild, a few other moving parts say there is something going on...but you are probably right in that unless the financial system changes, then it's just a replacement of key pieces, whether allowed or ordered...
We'll see if this pans out by the end of January
