Why? It cites a 2014 study on deer antler growth, which showed that small antlered bucks remain small. Should you shoot a yearling just because he's a spike? No. But if he's still small at 3.5, pretty safe bet he's not going to get big.
Hell, they tracked those deer from yearling to age 5 in that 2014 study.
The argument being made here is that every study proves that there is no such thing as a cull buck. I'd say that statement is wrong, and that article cites multiple studies that go against that statement.

Before you get critical of him, th fact that you posted pictures of perfectly good deer which had velvet injuries and called them cull bucks hurts your credibility as well.
