Went there and lived on idlewood. Remember Mr.Lamb, and alot of great teachers, 6th grade rodeo. Also the bar pit, 3 pipes, ramers bbq beef, the Duncan yo yo man at 7-11....great neighborhood to grow up in in the early 70s

It’s still a great neighborhood. It has held up really well and the new filings and the gentrification of older homes has kept the core of the neighborhood very nice .

That lot adjoining Azrok is actually a nice feature of the neighborhood as is the park and the swimming pool .

JT was a great neighborhood to grow up in. I was there from birth (1979) till I got hitched in 1999. Spent a lot of time at the park, the swimming pool in the summers, rode bikes. Had a big backyard. Went to the school from K-3. I remember Ramers; they had good chili dogs. I also remember that old-school barbershop next door to Ramers. My folks moved out of the neighborhood a couple of years ago.

ramers
My dad use to be one of the owners at S&S Battery so My brother and I would ride our bikes from my grandparents house up there to hangout. We’d ride to Ramers and hang out in the back with their kids. We stayed in video visions too and when that circle k got street fighter in its little arcade we’d have tournaments in there
