How is this happening to my favorite sport?
Are you referring to Bama/OSU? Osu had better wins but also got blown out by a 7-5 Iowa team. Top 4 teams don’t get blown out.

In my perfect world Wisconsin wins last night and both Bama and OSU stay home.

Since that didn’t happen it came down to Bama or OSU. Bama’s loss was on the road to a top 10 team. Osu lost at home to a top 10 team and got blown out on the road by an unranked team.

Osu has the better win resume but they also had the worst loss on their resume.

Bama lost literally the last game they played. OSUs lost was 5 weeks ago. Why is Auburn not in over Bama if thats the case? Auburn proved they are the better team on the field

That’s where you’re wrong.
Before that game Wisconsin was #4. They lose to #7. They did beat a ranked team in Michigan, much better than LSU. So IF ANY TEAM GETS IN ITS WISCONSIN.
They also beat Northwestern who was #20 and stomped Iowa who beat iOSU.
This is BULL shite AT IT’S ALL about money!!!

Bama did.

They claim they blew us out by winning by 14 this year (even though we had more offensive yardage) but then claim Auburn barely beat them (Auburn won by 12).

Lost

Why do I keep seeing people use this as the basis for their argument? Is who you lost to and by how much now more important than who you played and actually beat?

I don’t understand that thought process at all. To me it’s more important the quality of opponents that a team plays and if they won or not.
