I'm also in this boat. I'd like to know everyone's thoughts on the best smarthome products for the money. Also can't decide on Smartthings, Harmony Hub or Wink Hub2.

I have wink and while it has shortcomings it does everything I need. I have my thermostat(ecobee), light switches(Lutron), door locks(schlage), cameras(nest) and garage door opener(chamberlain) linked to the hub. I can control pretty much my entire house with the exception of my ceiling fans via my phone or through my amazon dots. I also have the wink security sensors and siren which monitor my doors and windows. Wink recently added an app called lookout which I really like and notifies you anytime a sensor is tripped. Prior to the app you had to manually set up alerts for each sensor which was time consuming. In the event of a break in you have quick access to 911 and setting off the alarm.
