Can you imagine if you'd passed "broadcast neutrality" in 1975?

Right now in 2017, you would still have "neutrality".......but you would still only have ABC, CBS and NBC" to choose from. There would be no "free market" incentive for there to be anything else.

They actually had a form of it. But it was causing the independent broadcasters to go bankrupt.

Either the deepest pocket corporates would have owned everything, or, large swaths of rural America would have been without radio and TV.

But it’ll be different this time!
