You really think any ISP gives two shits about TD?

The only companies ISP throttling might affect are the big content providers like Netflix, Amazon, Google, Facebook, etc.

Which is why they're the ones leading the charge for net neutrality. They don't give a frick about net neutrality or you. What they do give a frick about is actually having to fork out money for their peering and CDNs.

And the government is going to make that better?

So you say "an ISP can restrict a site so the government has to take over"

What's to stop the government from doing the same? I can always pick a different ISP. Can't pick a different government.
