Like I said in previous response, it doesn't make you less of a tiger fan to hold your alma mater responsible for obvious and fixable shortcomings.

You clearly are not a season ticket holder, baw. When you pay the money folks like me pay for season tickets year in and year out, there is an expectation of quality that comes with that price tag (RE: video board malfunctions, concession inefficiency and lack of competency with the game-day production)

2 tickets every year baw. The only negative about my gameday is fans batching and moaning about every little thing.
