Tolliver AND Jackson are NOT as good as White was his Jr year. Both show glimpses but are not consistent. Toliver tends to lose some of the good receivers, and Jackson has poor hands, How many easy Int's has he dropped this season? Jackson will also make one play in the running game, then whiff on the next. Both could be mid-late 1st rd picks, like White, if they came back for their Sr seasons.
