i mean he has his faults, but he is competent in coverage and has NFL make-up speed. He's a top 50 pick if he chooses to leave. He has a great canvas to work with, as he was very very poorly coached in HS and has only really been a fulltime DB for 3 seasons. His best play is ahead of him
Toliver is a really above average boundary corner. Prototypical NFL size, arm length, and speed. He is a good, not great tackler too. He is a top 2 round pick

Jackson and Toliver both have the chance to be pretty high draft picks. The problem here is that people think if a WR catches a pass on one of them that they totally suck.
