There's a big difference between Mirandizing someone arrested in the US versus Mirandizing captured fighters in Afghanistan and Iraq, which the Obama administration was going. The former I tend to be okay with, especially if they are in the US on legal visas. The latter is a very big problem, you're essentially extending constitutional protections to non-citizens engaged in active warfare against the US on foreign soil.
