Military tribunals are Constitutional. Admittedly, they slipped my mind. That said, it does not come into play until the CSRT reviews the case.

If you had a working knowledge of the Constitution, wouldn't you have had in mind how MTs fit into that Constitution?

Besides, nobody tried to insinuate that you are a Jihadi. Try not to have so many emotions because they cloud reason.
