MTs don't afford the full panoply of US Const rights to unlawful enemy combatants. MTs were ruled Constitutional.
So, there IS a mechanism.

Military tribunals are Constitutional. Admittedly, they slipped my mind. That said, it does not come into play until the CSRT reviews the case.
