re: Will Wade's First Game Thoughts

Thanks for the report. This is a different type of exhibition than we are used to playing. Back when we regularly played exhibitions it was against teams that were put together from former college players and made the circuit or it was against smaller division 2/3 or naia type schools. This was against a legitimate team. I say that to say: the loss doesn’t bother me too much. I’m sure the team is not happy and Coach Wade would have liked to come away with the W. But it doesn’t count for anything and I’m sure Wade had other more pressing priorities than the final score of the game.

These exhibitions are an opportunity for the coach to experiment in a Live game with player combinations, installing new plays, etc.

As for Samson and Sims- not worried yet about their shooting. Both have already shown in he past that they can be good shooters. I trust the staff to get them on the position to be successful.

I can’t wait until next Friday to see them in person myself!
