Nice, hard working people. Love their soju (rice liquor). Excellent food. Tons of history to take in. Beautiful nature. Not a bad place to be at all...except when it’s Saturday Night in Tiger Stadium but also Sunday morning in Pyeongtaek (or Sunday church in the Dome and it’s 2 a.m. Monday morning here)

We did 3 weeks in SE Asia last year. Hot as balls but beautiful and nice people (minus the Chinese, who everyone seemed to hate)

I took the ferry from Fukuoka to Pusan once and spent three weeks cycling across Korea . Enjoyed Gyeongju the most , that place is absolutely phenomenal. Food is excellent. Lots of tall ladies too.
