Disney Channel debuting gay coming out storyline for pre-teen

As a parent of two pre-teen daughters = As soon as I saw the headline, I knew what show it was going to be. Its an interesting show, but it has the flare for this kind of stuff. My money was on the main character deciding she wanted to be a boy.

The Disney Channel is set to premiere its first coming-out storyline of a 13-year-old boy on the hit show Andi Mack this week.
Rated the network's #1 show for children ages 6 to 14, Andi Mack follows the story of a girl who discovers that the girl she thought was her older sister is actually her mother. Season 2 premieres this Friday and finds Andi hoping that her parents will get married.
But the drama doesn't end there.
Young viewers will also watch as Andi's best friend Cyrus, a key character in the show, realizes that he's gay and has a crush on a fella named Jonah who Andi also has a crush on.

That is why God abandoned them to their shameful desires. Even the women turned against the natural way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other. And the men, instead of having normal sexual relations with women, burned with lust for each other. I don't know if there's anyone I hate more than the advertisers and show producers in charge of children's content nowadays.
What the frick happened to just letting kids be kids. Let them grow up and make their own decisions. Stop jamming your jaded fricked up world views down their throats. Does no one understand subtlety anymore? frick this generation of parents. They're raising lunatics. I have little 10-14 year old cousins who dress like 30 year olds and act like they're having a midlife crisis. They don't act like kids anymore. They don't even have childhoods. They're all going to be drugged out balls of stress fueled psychos when they grow up.
Look at a show like Hey Arnold or Doug or SpongeBob. Plenty of adult themes tacked in those shows without beating you over the head with it.

This is just silly be be outraged over. Gay people exist, many coming out when they're still minors. Everyone knows someone who is gay. You can't hide it from kids. Chances are they'll know a kid who is gay.
If you don't like it, don't let your kids watch it. If someone wants to let their kids watch it, let them. It's not going to turn your kids gay.
