The guy needs to be contributing more than 12 points imo.
You can realistically get 50-60 points out of AD/Cousins. But you need to find 40-55 points elsewhere to win on most nights....Unless we can find a way to have more consistency defensively.
That is a lot of responsibility to put on an overall subpar set of role players if your third guy is only pulling down 12(in fact only averaging 10 ppg right now) a night. Get it closer to 15-20 consistently and this team should have a fighters chance against any team in the league imo.

I agree with you. He needs to average 15-20 a night. But If he has an off night offensively, I hope it's against a team where he can take away one of their best players.
