I tip based on service and personality. If you are hot and I think you are being fake you are getting 15%. Hooters chicks are the worst when it comes to being fake. I can tell if you are generally just cool or not.

This is the reason I don't bother flirting with bartenders, waitresses, or anyone that makes money mainly from tips. Fake attention does nothing for me.
