He wont run against Trump in the Rep primary, he wont make it out of the Dem primary, and wont spend the money it takes to run as a legit 3rd party.
Trump wouldn't have spent that much money to run 3rd party last cycle, if he had lost the primary. Perot spent what would be $47M today, and didn't win a single electoral vote

Ask Bush Sr. how did that turn out. If not for Perot, Slick Willy would not have made it in office.
