When most proprietors go in after hours and pour bootleg Canadian Mist into the Crown Royal XR bottle and serve you Grand Gala instead of Grand Mariner, their margins skyrocket and they laugh all the way to the bank at the thought you’re drinking Evan Williams Black Label thinking it’s a small batch, craft Bourbon from Elmer T Lee or some shite from a “resident mixologist,” who learned the special for the night after the owner sat him in front of a Facebook Video from Good Eats and Drinks after hiring him away from his lucrative Barista career at the CC’s on Magazine...

So yeah...I’d push the rotgut too if I were them.
