Stays of execution, on the day of or hours before, are so silly.
The article says the Supreme Court lifted the stay at 4pm..but then C. Thomas placed another stay minutes before 6 pm execution time.
Seriously? 20 years and it's waited upon until the very last minute.
I think that's cruel and unusual punishment.
Just put em down and be done with it.
