Only thing I've liked this year compared to last year is the run D. 3rd down defense is still bad, and the secondary is still a work in progress. Granted Conley and Obi have been out, and as you said, RM decided to avoid our biggest concern on defense (MLB).

We shouldn't have retained Norton honestly.

It's been a lot better too though.

But like I said, we drafted our top 2 picks to help the D, specifically in the secondary. Both are hurt and have been all season. Rough situation there.

Oakland should’ve gotten Wade Phillips.

Jack Del Rio also needs to stay hands off when it comes to defense. He wasted an incredible product while at Denver. He would literally play Von Miller off the line instead of rushing him. It was baffling.
