Not only is it every market, the 3 that didn’t decline are Tampa (meh), Detroit (meh) and Kansas City (undefeated)

Honestly, are people really debating that?
Even if the "excuse" was the election, the point still remains - people aren't tuning into the NFL at the same clip that have in the past. People are choosing to watch something else or perhaps nothing at all.
