A) Not all of them.

B) Cord cutting is changing viewing habits altogether. I cut the cord, and as a result, I've been conditioned to avoid basically anything with commercials. I've got to REALLY want to watch something to sit through commercials, so I'll watch LSU and the Saints, and that's about it. I'll hang around and pick up a game when I see it's an upset brewing on Saturdays, but I'm simply not sitting there like I've done in the past.
