If you've been sitting on names of pedophiles for years, then announce that you're going to reveal that information at some special event, I'd deem that the very definition of "attention whoring".
In Feldman's mind this must have nothing to do with IDing sick bastards and everything to do with putting him in the spotlight.

You don't hint about stuff like this. If you want to stay safe and alive either shut up or drop the names. Teasing that you may drop them can only put you at risk.
