a. this makes no sense. why would they need a "widespread farm" that dregs of society have access to (and therefore threaten)?

b. if these elites have any sort of control over the world, why did they allow this operation to ever occur? all they're doing it allowing more negative light on their nefarious deeds. why don't they use that power to, you know, not prosecute selling children for sex?

It's exactly the same concept as drug pushers, you have control over the user...

And why the government is busting them is because the FBI is typically chasing the criminals, AKA fixing the problem, other forces are creating it.
