The only thing that could possibly make me like Will Wade any more than I already do is if he just told Pawl to eat a dick. I wish that James Carville skeletor looking asshat would just hang it up already.

Good interview. He looked a little uncomfortable with the camera setup. It's ok to look slightly right/down occasionally. Its natural. Finebaum and everyone else does it.

I found Wade to be realistic. Although basketball sucked arse under Jones, Wade is tempering expectations of a quick turnaround with his 3 year timeframe. He is probably sandbagging a bit, but smart move in managing the fan base.
