Your right, it is totally different. My goal was not to belittle the NG/NR, but to point out the differences/frustrations I expirienced. Worked with quite a few NG members that didnt have any job knowledge, or a clue on basic military functions. GI bill eligibility was their only reason for volunteering to deploy. Also, I cannot count how many times I had to go install/repair equipment for the tenat ANG unit, at my home station(not LANG).
