doesn't make any sense at all there to let the clock run to the 2 minute warning. use the timeouts and they may get to 4th down at the 2 minute warning

Only I can think is that it guarantees they run it. If one of the TOs is called at say, 2:05, no reason not to throw it then.

I was just thinking why let the clock run there. So dumb. Prob cost 10-15secs
