Him confined to that shithole cage was a CRIME...very difficult/troubling regarding the thought process of the "owner"....what's worse was the apparent inability of ANYONE, in a position of authority, to be able to do something to help that poor animal for DECADES !!!

I think it's badass that some gas station in Grosse fricking Tete had a live tiger in its parking lot. frick PETA that is some dank shite if you ask me.
