I have had it for 15 years. I am 43 now. I still walk jog, do pushups. I am in a clinical remission. Meaning the drugs have it at bay. They are very expensive. Xeljanz, mobic, minocycline. Research antibiotic protocol. I see Marshall in BR, but I don't think He is taking new patients. Mena is kind of tough to understand. RA can be fought, keep moving dont let it beat you. I have wrist damage, and had elbow surgery

Also I do the Apple Cider Vineagar. I really believe diet is a major contributor, but I have no proof.

Thanks Prix. I may start the apple cider vinegar. Any specific foods you eat. The meds you take are they daily or time released weekly. And lastly what's expensive? TIA
